Banana Oats Smoothie-Raw Food Recipe

Banana Oats Smoothie is a great replacement for breakfast.
Ingredients
1 banana
1/2 cup organic rolled oats
2 cups of milk
1 tsp raw honey
1/4 tsp cardamom seeds

Preparation
There is no preparation needed.
Procedure
Take all the ingredients into a blender jar and run the blender on high. Switch off the blender when all the ingredients turn into a smoothie. Creamy banana oats smoothie is ready. Serve them at room temperature or by adding some ice cubes. Enjoy!!
