7/23/2015

Make your own popsicles at home for your kids. You can pretty much do with any fruits. Here I am showing with mixed berries.
Ingredients
1 and half cups of frozen or fresh mixed berries
10 pitted dates

Preparation
Washed the pitted dates and soak them in warm water for 10 minutes.

Procedure
Take thee mixed berries and soaked dates into your blender jar and make them into a puree. Adjust sweetness according to your own taste.Pour this puree into your popsicle molds and put the lids. Place them in your freezer. It may take 4-6 hours for them to freeze.
After taking out of the freezer place them in warm water for 10 seconds. Or you may run the tap water over the popsicle molds. Now the popsicles will come out easily. Enjoy them.
