Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles are easy to make and fun for kids. These are healthy popsicles because there are no artificial colors, no artificial flavors and preservatives. Make them with fresh homemade yogurt and enjoy them.
Ingredients
Fresh homemade yogurt.
Some fresh or frozen Blue berries.

Preparation
Make your moulds ready.
Beat the yogurt into a creamy consistency.

"How to make probiotic yogurt"
Procedure
You may add honey or agave nectar for your taste. I did not add any sweetener.
Put 3-4 blue berries in the bottom of your popsicle moulds.
Then pour some beaten yogurt.
Repeat blueberries and yogurt until you get to the top.
Wipe off if there are any spills and place the caps.
Keep it in the freezer until they are frozen.
It may take about 6-8 hours. I kept mine overnight.
Enjoy healthy blueberry yogurt popsicles.

Useful Tips
Do not use sour yogurt as it doesn't taste good.

Health Information
Popsicles, ice creams and cool drinks suppress the the appetite. So keep them moderate. It is ok to eat once in a while on a hot summer day.
