Blue berries are high in antioxidants. Blueberry banana smoothie is a delicious, antioxidant and probiotic smoothie for your breakfast or in the snack time.  Banana and yogurt will make it more rich and creamy.
Ingredients
2 bananas
1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen).
1 cup of homemade probiotic yogurt.
a handful of sliced almonds.
1/2 tsp cardamom seeds.

Preparation
Peel the bananas.
If you are using whole almonds, soak them in water.
Crush the cardamom seeds.
Procedure
Take all ingredients into a blender jar along with some water and blend it into a smoothie. Do not add any sugar. If you need some sweetener add some stevia or agave nectar. But I don't think you need any sweetener in it. So enjoy the rich creamy antioxidant and probiotic smoothie.

Helpful Tips
This probiotic smoothie can serve you as a healthy breakfast.
