2 bananas 1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen). 1 cup of homemade probiotic yogurt. a handful of sliced almonds. 1/2 tsp cardamom seeds. Preparation Peel the bananas. If you are using whole almonds, soak them in water. Crush the cardamom seeds. |
