Quick Breakfast Poha/Atukulu/Flattened Rice-Healthy Alternative for commercial cereal

This is a quick and healthy snack or breakfast with poha or  Atukulu or flattened rice
Ingredients
Poha/Atukulu/Flattened Rice
Jaggery
Freshly Grated Coconut or Frozen Grated Coconut
Sliced Almonds
Golden Raisins
1 cup of milk

Preparation
Grate the fresh coconut.
Procedure
In a bowl take all the ingredients. Quantity is your wish. Mix them well. You may also add walnuts, flax seed powder. You may add anything you like. You can eat this as a dry snack or pour some milk and eat it as a breakfast cereal. It can be a good bed time snack too. This is a great alternative for commercial cereal. Enjoy.
