Carrot Tomato juice and benefitsAnti oxidant rich

This video is about Carrot Tomato juice.

Ingredients
1 large Carrot
2 medium tomatoes
1 tsp grated ginger
Raw honey or stevia(optional)
1/2 tsp turmeric(optional)

Preparation
Wash tomatoes
Scrub well and wash carrots. If you don't want to scrub peel them and wash.
Cut them into small pieces.
Grate the ginger or cut into small pieces.

Procedure
Take the cut vegetables into your blender jar and grind them into fine juice. Add raw honey or stevia only if you want. You may also add turmeric powder if you are taking turmeric everyday. It doesn't improve the taste but it is an other way of taking turmeric. Both turmeric and ginger work great for arthritis.
