An easy way to make Christmas toffee. No need of using a candy thermometer. You can make it with brown sugar or jaggery.
Ingredients
1 cup of butter or 2 butter sticks
1 cup of brownnsugar or jaggery. I used jaggery in my recipe.
1/8 tsp salt. I used pink Himalayan salt.
1/4 cup toasted almond slices.
