Cilantro/Kottimeera/Hara Dhania is a natural heavy metal cleanser. Combining with raw garlic will give full benefits of garlic. Make this as part of your routine cooking.
Ingredients
1 bunch of cilantro
A small lime size tamarind or some lime juice
6-8 green chilies
3-4 big garlic cloves
some salt for your taste
1 tsp jaggery or less than a pinch of stevia
For tempering
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
a pinch of hing or asafoetida
a few curry leaves
a pinch of turmeric powder

Preparation
Clean cilantro very well with hydrogen peroxide or vinegar.
(You may watch my video on "How to clean and disinfect cilantro" for detailed instructions.)
Chop cilantro roughly.
Cut green chili and garlic into small pieces.

Soak tamarind in water.
Procedure
Take cilantro, green chili, garlic, tamarind, salt and stevia in the food processor and blend them into a coarse paste without any water.
If you want a fine paste you may blend them in a blender with a little water if needed.
Keep a small pan on medium heat.
When the oil is hot add urad dal followed by mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing or asafoetida, curry leaves and turmeric powder.
Add the coarsely blended cilantro chutney to the tempering.
Mix every thing well.

Serve this with whole grain brown rice or idly or dosa.

Helpful tips
Coarse chutney will be more convenient with rice where as the fine chutney is for dosa and idly.
