Clean & disinfect your Cilantro and other fruits and vegetables.
When we buy cilantro from grocery stores it comes with a lot of pesticides unless you buy 100% organic. If you are not using organic cilantro you must clean it thoroughly. Many pesticides are being used on cilantro and other greens. Pesticides can remain in the body and build up in the liver. Instead of getting good benefits from cilantro we may get bad effects from the pesticides. So we need to give a good cleaning. Follow the steps that I am showing here to clean cilantro.
You need
Cilantro
Hydrogen Peroxide(Hydrogen peroxide is available in all grocery stores, dollar stores and pharmacies. It is very inexpensive.)

Water
Procedure
Get some water in a big bowl or a basin.
Dip the cilantro or coriander leaves in the water.
Wash them thoroughly and take them out of the water and you will see the water becomes dirty.Discard the water.
Repeat the process until you get clean water.
It may take 2 or 3 times. But do it until you get clean water.
Then get some more fresh water in the big bowl.
Pour about 2 tablespoons of hydrogen peroxide.
Dip the cilantro in the hydrogen peroxide water and let it soak for 10 minutes.
Hydrogen peroxide will kill a lot of germs and microorganisms.
You can use vinegar also along with hydrogen peroxide.
After 10 minutes take the cilantro out of the water and put it in a colander to drain out excess water.

Now you have clean and fresh cilantro ready to be used.
