Clean & disinfect your Cilantro and other fruits and vegetables.
When we buy cilantro from grocery stores it comes with a lot of pesticides unless you buy 100% organic. If you are not using organic cilantro you must clean it thoroughly. Many pesticides are being used on cilantro and other greens. Pesticides can remain in the body and build up in the liver. Instead of getting good benefits from cilantro we may get bad effects from the pesticides. So we need to give a good cleaning. Follow the steps that I am showing here to clean cilantro.
