Procedure
Take unsweetened coconut flakes and jaggery into the food processor and blend it well with a little milk. Do not add too much milk as it gets runny.
Take it out and add cardamom powder and mix the dough well.
Take a small portion into your hand and press it into a round ball.
Continue making small lime size balls until you finish the dough.
Place blueberry slices on each ball to look like an eye ball.
Take some blueberry slices and dab on all the coconut balls to get some color. This gives a look of bloody veins on the eye balls.
Coconut eye balls are ready. Encourage your children to eat healthy halloween treats. Have a Happy Halloween.
