Sweet and sour cranberry apple sauce with ginger without refined sugar.
Ingredients
1 cup Cranberries
1 red apple
1/4 cup jaggery (dark or light color)
3" piece of ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder

Preparation
Wash the cranberries.
Wash and crush the apple in a food processor or cut it into small pieces or juice it in a blender.
Wash and peel ginger with a spoon. Grate the ginger and squeeze between your fingers to get the juice.
Procedure
Take cranberries, crushed apple and ginger juice into a sauce pan and add jaggery to this. Cook this on medium flame about 10 minutes until everything comes together. Stir in between. Sprinkle cinnamon and mix it well.
