Cranberry Relish-Antioxident-Spicy,sweet and sour

This Cranberry Relish is full of anti oxidants and enzymes. Enjoy the Sweet and spicy relish with its mouthful of sourness.
Ingredients
Cranberries - 1 cup
Bell Peppers -1 cup
Radish - 1 cup
Onion - 1 cup
Pomegranate seeds -1cup
Red chili powder-1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt for your taste

Agave nectar-1 or 2 tsp as per your taste.

Preparation
Cut onions, bell pepper and, radish into small very pieces.
Cut pomegranate and take out the seeds.
Take cranberries into a food processor and crush them coarsely. Do not paste them.


Procedure
Take all the vegetables, pomegranate seeds and crushed cranberries into a bowl.
Give a good mix.
Add salt, red chili powder, cumin powder and agave nectar (stevia or raw honey can be used also) and mix everything very well.
Adjust your salt and sweetener for your own taste buds.
You can let it marinate over night if you want or you can eat right away.
You may serve this with salads or on the sand witches or you may just eat it like that as a side dish.
Helpful Tips
You do not have to make with the same vegetables. Use your own choice.
Cucumber, zucchini and apple are other good choices.
 A few hours of marination will make it very tasty.


Health Information
Cranberries are a good remedy for UTI(Urinary Tract Infection).
They are also a good remedy for soar throat.
