Make a healthy salad with fresh fruits, nuts and herbs. Try with any fruits that you have on hand. Nuts and seeds are also your choice. You may flavor with any herbs.
Ingredients
Take any fresh fruits of your choice.
Here I took the following.
Watermelon, pear, grapes, apple, raspberry and orange.
You may take any nuts and seeds of your choice.
I took almond slices, sunflower seeds and black sesame seeds.
Some fresh mint and basil leaves.
Chat masala powder or Chana chat seasoning.
1 tsp lemon juice.
1 tsp of jaggery powder or honey.

Preparation
Cut the grapes into halves. Raspberries can be left just as they are.
Cut all other fruits into small pieces.
Cut Mint and Basil into small pieces or cut them into julians.
You may roast the nuts and seeds if you want. Or you can use raw nuts and seeds.

Procedure
Take all the fruit in a large bowl. Add nuts and seeds. Add fresh herbs, lemon juice and jaggery. Mix them well. Then add chat masala. Toss it well one more time. Enjoy the healthy fresh fruit chat.

Helpful Tips
Since chat masala contains little salt in it, fruit may ooze out little water. To avoid that add chat masala just before serving.
Fruits, nuts and herbs can be your choice.
