Ginger Tea is very healthy and tasty beverage. It will just wake you up in the morning or in the evening.
Ingredients
1 cup whole milk
1cup water
2tbsp half and half milk
3 tsp tea powder
2tsp sugar
2"piece of ginger
2 cardamoms
4-5 black peppers
Preparation
Crush both cardamom and black pepper into a fine powder.
Crush the ginger also or you can grate it into the milk.

Procedure
Turn on the stove with pan on medium heat.
Take water and milk into the pan.
Add tea powder, grated ginger, pepper and cardamom powders.
Boil for 2-3 minutes in low flame.
Then add half and half milk and sugar or your choice of sugar substitute.
Turn off the stove and pour into cups and serve it hot.
Helpful Tips
You may also use dry ginger powder if fresh ginger is not available.
Use stevia instead of white sugar to cut unnecessary calories from white sugar.
