Healthy Halloween Bloody Punch

Healthy Halloween Punch is made out of all natural ingredients. No artificial colors or refined sugars used. Sugar and artificial colors will trigger hyper activity . Protect your children from getting sick after halloween. Here is a simple and healthy punch recipe. Have a safe and healthy halloween.
Ingredients
1 cup of cranberries
1/2 cup of raspberries
1 inch piece of ginger
a pinch of stevia
a pinch of salt
For ice block
1/2 cup of blue berries
I used a Halloween mask for molding the ice.
Preparation
Blend half a cup of blueberries with some water and strain the juice.
Take the mask(mould) and fill with blueberry juice. Keep this in the freezer to make a block of ice. Do this ahead of time.

Procedure
Take cranberries, raspberries and ginger into your blender and make them into a fine puree with some water.
Take the puree into a big bowl. Rinse the blender jar with some   water and add this to the juice. You may add water for your desired consistency. You will get a nice bright colored juice.
Add stevia and salt for your taste.
Take out the block of ice that you put it in the freezer.
Dip the bottom of the mould in warm water for 5-10 seconds to loosen up.
Take out the ice (with a scary face) from the mould and put in the cranberry punch.
Bloody but healthy halloween punch is ready with a scary face in it.

Lot of kids get sick after halloween because of all that candies they eat and colored drinks they drink.
