Homemade Coriander & Cumin Powder

This is not too spicy but very flavorful.  Prepare your Coriander and Cumin Powder at home in minutes & store in an air tight container.
Ingredients
1 cup of Coriander seeds
1/2 cup of Cumin seeds

Preparation
No preparation needed. 

Procedure
Take a sauce pan and put it on medium flame on your stove top.
Dry roast coriander seeds in that sauce pan for a minute.
Then add cumin seeds and continue dry roasting both of them.
Keep stirring.
When you smell a nice aroma from the spices, turn off the stove and let it cool down.
When the seeds are cooled off take them into a blender jar and grind them into a fine powder.
Store it in an air tight container and use as needed.
Helpful Tips
Do not over roast them. Dry roasting helps to get a fine powder.
Do not make a big batch as you may lose aroma.
Keep it in an air tight container to preserve the aroma.
When you do not want too spicy use this coriander and cumin powder to get a flavorful dish.
