How to cook millets

Ingredients
2 cups of millets
4 cups of water
Preparation
Wash them thoroughly 3-4 times.
​Add 4 cups of water.
Allow them to soak for about 1 hour.
Procedure
​Take millets in a vessel along with measured water. Place the vessel on medium heat and cook it covered until it comes to a  boil. In about 10 minutes, it comes to a boil. Then remove the lid and notice that the millets dancing. Let the dancing millets continue cooking uncovered. When all the water from surface has evaporated, bring down the temperature to low flame until all the water is consumed. Switch off the flame when when all the water has been consumed. With a fork fluff up the millet rice for the steam to escape.

You may transfer the cooked millets into a wide bowl if you want to prevent them from further cooking. Your millet rice is ready in about 30 minutes.
