Procedure
Wash beetroot, and cut it into small pieces or grate with a cheese grater. Or you may use a food processor to chop it.
How to dry
1. If you have full Sun use it. Spread on a plate and dry them under the Sun.
2. Spread them in the dehydrator and follow the directions.
3. Turn on the oven to it's lowest temperature. Spread the grated beetroot on a cookie sheet or on a plate and place it in the oven. Dry it until it is completely dry. Make sure to check in between to avoid burning.
Use any of the above 3 methods to dry the beetroot. After drying they should make sound like I showed in the video.
Take the dried beetroot into your grinder and grind into a fine powder. You may sieve the ground powder to get fine powder. Store the beetroot powder in a clean dry bottle.
