Ghee has a very high smoke point. So it is a healthy option. Any food will taste delicious with ghee. Many Indian sweets are made with ghee.
Ingredients
4 unsalted butter sticks

Procedure
Take a thick bottom pan and put it on low medium heat. Unwrap the butter sticks and put them in the pan and let them melt. Once the butter is melted keep it in the low flame to avoid burning. While it is cooking in the low flame you will notice some foam floating on the surface. You do not need to remove the foam. it is going to disappear eventually. Boil in the low flame until all the foam disappears leaving a nice golden liquid in the pan. Keep an eye. You can also test if it is done by sprinkling a few drops of water on the ghee. You should hear a sizzling sound immediately after sprinkling water. Then turn off the heat and remove the pan from the burner to avoid further boiling. Your ghee is ready. After cooling down pour it in a glass container and store it in room temperature. Ghee doesn't need to be refrigerated. You may use this ghee just like any other oil.
