Ginger Garlic Paste and Benefits-Allam Vellulli Mudda

Ginger garlic paste is very handy whenever you want to make curries, biriyani, pulav etc.
Ingredients
1 cup ginger pieces
1 cup garlic pieces
2 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Preparation
Take all the ingredients into a blender and make a fine paste. Pour it into a clean glass container and store it in the refrigerator. This ginger garlic paste is very handy when you make curries, biriyani and pulav.
It will be good in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
