How to Peel Garlic Fast and Easy

Peeling garlic is always time taking. But if you do it this way, it is easy, fast and fun. You can make your kids do it too.

You will need
2 garlic bulbs
2-3 drops of oil
1 plastic or stainless steel box

Procedure
Take 2 garlic bulbs and separate the garlic cloves from the bulbs. Take these separated cloves into a plastic box or stainless steel box and add 2-3 drops of oil. Place the lid and shake the box vigorously for a few seconds. Open the box and see if all the garlic cloves are peeled off. If you see a few that are not peeled off, close the lid and shake it again for few more seconds. Now you have all the garlic peeled off. Use the peeled garlic to make garlic chutney or something else.
