Indian Mint Tea - Pudina Chai

Indian Mint Tea or Pudina Chai is very flavorful that can wake you up in the morning or in the evening.
Ingredients
1/2 cup of milk
1/2 cup of water
1 tsp tea powder
sugar or stevia per your taste

about 8 mint leaves
Preparation
Wash the mint leaves thoroughly.

Procedure
Boil water and milk in a vessel on medium heat.
Add tea powder.

Tear mint leaves & add to milk.
Let it boil for 2 or 3 minutes in the low or low medium flame.
Turn off the flame and strain into the cup.
Add sugar or your choice of healthy sweetener.
Serve it hot.


Helpful Tips
If fresh mint leaves are not available you may use dry leaves also.

Mint leaves are very soothing for stomach.
Mint leaves are good for digestion.
