Take a ladle full of batter, put it in the center of the pan and spread it in circular motion to form a round dosa.
Bring down the heat to medium.
Cut the butter into small pieces and put them on dosa.
Spread the butter with spatula evenly on dosa.
Sprinkle the sesame and jaggery powder generously.
When the dosa is leaving the edges and slightly changing the color you know that it is done.
Do not flip dosa. Just fold it in the center and take it into a plate.
It is crispy and sweet with the taste of sesame and roasted chana dal. Kids will enjoy it.
Helpful Tips
You may also add almond powder and peanut powder. Just feel free to add any nuts you want. You may also make this powder in a large quantity and keep in the refrigerator.
