When summer comes we think of jasmines, mangoes, smoothies and ice creams. Mango ice cream is the most favorite for me. I think it is everybody's favorite. I tried Mango ice cream without using white sugar and it came out very well. Here I am sharing my recipe with you all by using agave nectar.
Using too much agave nectar is also not good for health. If you use once in a while it is probably OK. It is better than white sugar. But you always do your own research.

Procedure
Bring your ice cream churner from the freezer and attach the paddle. Turn on the machine. While the machine is running, pour the mixture into the churner through the opening. Then pour the heavy whipping cream also. Let the machine run for 30-35 minutes. Then turn off the machine and take the lid off. Pull out the paddle carefully and transfer the ice cream into an air tight container. You may serve the ice cream at this stage or keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes. It gets firmer if you keep it in the freezer. Scoop out the ice cream and serve it in a bowl. Garnish with mint leaves. Enjoy.
Helpful Tips
If you do not have an ice cream maker you can still do it.
Take all the ingredients including heavy cream and run the blender in low speed until every thing is well mixed and smooth. Put this ice cream mixture in an air tight container and place it in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Then take it out and mix it well to prevent ice crystal formation. Put it back in the freezer. Repeat this for 3-4 times to get a smooth ice cream.
Health Information
This ice cream is made without white sugar. Agave nectar has been used in place of white sugar. Agave nectar is better than sugar. But it is not the best option. If you want a sugar free ice cream use stevia instead of agave nectar.
