Mango Lassi-Indian Mango smoothie

Mango Lassi is a very popular Indian summer drink. On a hot summer day you will get cooled by this healthy summer drink.
Ingredients
1 medium size sweet mango
2 cups of fresh yogurt
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp agave nectar
4-5 pistachios
2 cardamoms

Preparation
Peel and cut mango into pieces.
coarsely powder pistachios and cardamoms separately.
Procedure
Take all the ingredients into the blender except pistachios.
Blend it into a nice smoothie consistency.
Pour it into your cups. 
Garnish with powdered pistachios.
Decorate your lassi with a mint leaf.

Helpful tips
If you are on a sugar free diet do not use agave nectar. You may use stevia or just enjoy the original taste of mango. The sweetness of the mango will make you happy.
