Mango Pineapple Lassi is a healthy summer drink as well as Probiotic drink.
Ingredients
1 cup of mango
1 cup of pineapple
1 cup of milk
1 cup of thick plain yogurt
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
1 tbsp coarsely powdered pistachio
Preparation
Powder cardamom seeds.
Coarsely powder pistachios.
Cut mango and pineapple.

Procedure
Take all the ingredients into a blender jar except cardamom and pistachio. Blend it into a fine smoothie. Do not add any sugar. Both mango and pineapple are sweet enough. If you really want more sweetness, add a little honey or agave nectar or stevia. Pour the lassi into your serving cups and garnish with cardamom and pistachio.
Helpful Tips
You may add some ice cubes too while blending.

Both mango and pineapple have have digestive enzymes. And both are a good source of fiber and anti oxidants. Homemade yogurt will give a good supply of probiotics.
