Mango salsa is healthy, spicy, delicious and so refreshing. And it is looking gorgeous with appetizing colors.
Ingredients
1 medium size ripe mango 1/2 of the medium size red bell pepper onion (same or less than bell pepper) 1 or more green chili handful of cilantro 2 tbsp green onion 1 tbsp mint 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds or almond slices or pecans 2-3 tsp lemon juice salt to taste Preparation Wash, peel and cut mango into small cubes. Wash and cut red bell pepper also into small cubes. Cut onion & green chili into small pieces. Wash all the greens and chop them finely. Dry roast the sesame seeds. |

Procedure
Combine all the ingredients with mango and give it a good mix.
Adjust your salt and lemon juice for your own taste.
If the mango is not sweet enough add a little honey.
You can serve with homemade wheat tortilla chips or chill it for 20-30 minutes.
You can also serve this as a salad or as a side dish.
