Mint & coriander chutney is very flavorful and very tasty. Adding a clove of garlic and a few cashews will enhance the taste.
Ingredients
A handful of mint leaves
a handful of cilantro / coriander leaves
1 or more green chili
1 garlic clove
1 tsp jaggery powder
1 tsp lemon juice
5-6 cashew nuts
salt for your taste
Preparation
Wash all the leaves and drain the water.
Soak the cashews in hot or warm water.

Take all the ingredients into the blender and blend into a fine paste with some water.
Add enough water and bring it into a loose chutney consistency.
Helpful Tips
Do not add too much garlic as it dominates the mint flavor.
After you pick the leaves from the stems put those stems back in the soil. They will regrow.
