Mint and Coriander Raita

Mint and Coriander Raita is a combination with Biryani, Pulav, Kichidi etc. Enjoy the fresh antioxidants as well as flavors from Mint and Cilantro.
Ingredients
2 cups of yogurt.
Some chopped onions.
Some finely chopped fresh mint.
Some finely chopped fresh coriander or cilantro.
Salt and pepper powder for your taste.
Preparation
Cut onions into small pieces.
Chop cilantro and mint  finely.
Whisk yogurt into creamy consistency.

Procedure
Add onion, cilantro and mint to yogurt.
Add salt and pepper powder for your taste.
This will be a good combination with pulav, biriyani and kichidi.


Health Information
Raita is very cooling for the body.
Cilantro or coriander is a heavy metal cleanser.
Mint leaves are good for digestion.
Onion helps to control high blood pressure.
