Minty Salty Cucumber Lassi

Cucumbers contain electrolytes and other nutrients that our body needs everyday. Enjoy a glass of cucumber lassi to re hydrate your body.
Ingredients
2 small cucumbers
2 tbsp grated coconut
2 cups of yogurt or butter milk
a few fresh mint leaves
1-2 cups of ice cubes
salt to taste
fresh pepper powder to sprinkle
fresh mint leaves to garnish


Preparation
Wash mint leaves.
Wash and cut cucumber into small pieces.

Procedure
Take all the ingredients except pepper powder into the blender and blend them into a smoothie. Pour them into your glasses and sprinkle with fresh black pepper powder. If you don't like the pepper powder leave it out. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Helpful Tips
You may also add lemon juice and a little sweet as a variation.

Health Information
Cucumbers contain electrolytes and plenty of vitamin B.
Cucumber and yogurt is a great combination to rehydrate the boy.
It instantly replenish you with nutrients.
It helps from dehydration in the summer.
