It is the time for smoothies. Enjoy the healthy Pineapple almond smoothie. It is enzyme and protein rich.
Ingredients
1 cup of pineapple pieces
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of water
10 almonds
3 cardamoms
A few drops of rose water.(optional).
A tiny pinch of stevia or honey for sweetness.

Preparation
Cut the pineapple into small pieces
Soak the almonds in warm water for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the seeds from cardamom pods.

Procedure
Take everything into the blender and make a fine smoothie.You may use that 1/2 cup of water to rinse the blender jar. You may also add stevia or honey for sweetness. I didn't add any sweetener because my pineapple is sweet enough.
