Pineapple Almond Smoothie

It is the time for smoothies. Enjoy the healthy Pineapple almond smoothie. It is enzyme and protein rich.
Ingredients
​1 cup of pineapple pieces
1 cup of whole milk
1/2 cup of water

10 almonds
3 cardamoms
A few drops of rose water.(optional).
​A tiny pinch of stevia or honey for sweetness.

Preparation
Cut the pineapple into small pieces
​Soak the almonds in warm water for at least 30 minutes.
Remove the seeds from cardamom pods.
Procedure
​Take everything into the blender and make a fine smoothie.You may use that 1/2 cup of water to rinse the blender jar. You may also add stevia or honey for sweetness. I didn't add any sweetener because my pineapple is sweet enough.
