Pineapple salsa is traditionally eaten with tortilla chips but you can also enjoy as a salad. Pineapple is a low calorie high nutrient fruit. It is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. It is a good source of digestive enzymes.
Ingredients

A bowl of fresh pineapple. You may use frozen if fresh is not available to you.
A handful of cilantro or coriander leaves.
Asmall onion
1 jalapeño or 34 green chilies depending on how spicy you want.
Some pomegranate seeds.
1 deseeded tomato
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
Preparation
Cut the pineapple into small cubes.
Chop the cilantro finely.
Chop the onion and jalapeño finely.
Remove the seeds and juicy part from tomato and cut it into small pieces.
Procedure
Take a large bow and add all the ingredients and give it a good mix. Add a pinch of pink Himalayan salt and give it another mix.
How to eat
Traditionally salsa is eaten with chips.
But most of the time it like to eat it as a salad.
You may eat it as a light fruit dinner.
You may also make it ahead of time and pack for lunch box.
Of course you may eat it anyway you want because it is one of the best raw foods.
