Procedure
Add all the dry ingredients to a bowl or in a bottle in layers and add some yogurt and milk. Prepare this the previous night for morning breakfast. Do not refrigerate. Place it on a kitchen counter with a lid. If possible keep it in a warm place. By morning it gets fermented and becomes thick. The oats and flax seed will absorb all the moisture. Then you can add milk or yogurt or water to bring it to your desired consistency. Add your favorite berries and fruits just before eating. You may also add a tsp of extra virgin coconut oil just before eating. This is optional.
