Remove Carpet Stains Naturally without using Harsh Chemicals

It is very easy to get stains on the carpet when you have children. Why blame children? You might have done it yourself. When it happens do not reach for commercial carpet stain removers. Make your own at home. Here is a simple recipe. You may have it already at home.
Ingredients
Hydrogen Peroxide
Water

Preparation
Mix 1 cup of water to 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide and store in an old hydrogen peroxide bottle. This is your 50% diluted hydrogen peroxide.
Vacuum  the carpet.

Procedure
Pour 1-2 tbsp of 50% hydrogen peroxide directly on the stain.
Gently scrub with sponge.
Leave it for 3-5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, gently scrub again.
Wipe off with a dry towel.
Repeat if the stain is not completely gone.

It works for most of the stains including pet stains.

Commercial carpet cleaners and stain removers may contain highly toxic substances.
They cause immediate reactions like eyes and skin burns, headaches and vomiting.
They also long term damages like kidney liver and nervous system failure.
These harsh chemicals are linked to asthma, cancer, reproductive disorders, hormonal disruption and neurotoxicity.
