Roasted Green Tomato Salsa-Spicy Mexican Food

Roasted green tomato salsa is a spicy Mexican food. It is a nice dip for burritos, quesadillas or even for tortilla chips. It has a mouthful of taste with jalapenos and garlic.
Ingredients
6 medium size green tomatoes
2 jalapenos
1/2 of an onion
2 garlic cloves
handful of cilantro
Pink Himalayan salt
Preparation
Wash the vegetables very well.
Procedure
Roast tomatoes, onion, jalapenos and garlic. To roast you may pot them in the toaster oven, conventional oven. You may also roast them directly on the flame. I used my dosa pan. I placed my iron dosa pan on medium flame and spread my vegetables on it. I turned them on all sides to roast evenly with the help of a fork and tongs.

When all of them are roasted well, switch off the flame and let them cool down. Then take them into your blender or food processor along with cilantro and salt, and make a puree. It can be a chunky paste. You can refrigerate it for 2-3 days.
Serve them with tortilla chips.
