Sprouts are highly nutrient. They are not only high in protein but also in many vitamin and minerals. Sprouts are the best protein for vegans and raw food eaters. Many dishes can be made with sprouts. Here is a salad with three kinds of sprouts. Many people are not able to eat raw sprouts for different reasons. But no worries. In this video I showed both raw and semi cooked salads. By semi cooking, you will not loose a lot of nutrients. They are still very nutrients. They are great for breakfast or lunch box. So enjoy.
