Stir fry with bell peppers, a simple recipe for bachelors, working men & women & for any body who wants to eat a healthy meal. Stir fries are healthier because they are not over cooked and no need to use a lot of oil. In fact it can be done without oil also.
Ingredients
Bell peppers. I took yellow, green, red and orange bell peppers/Capsicum.
I used half of each capsicum.
4 garlic cloves.
1 jalapeño
Few sesame seeds. I took both black and white.

Wash and cut capsicum into long strips.
Chop the garlic and jalapeño into small pieces.
Dry roast the sesame seeds.
