Strawberry Ice cream without Sugar-Healthy version

You do not have to be diabetic or obese to cut down sugar in your diet. We all can do it to maintain good health. Here is a healthy version of strawberry ice cream without sugar.
Ingredients
10 strawberries
1 cup organic whole milk
2 cups organic heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp stevia


Preparation
Keep the ice cream maker bowl in the freezer for overnight.
Cut the strawberries in half
Get a bowl, a spatula and a plastic wrap ready.

Procedure
Take strawberries, whole milk and stevia into a blender jar and blend them into a smoothie. Bring the ice cream maker bowl out of the freezer and plug it in. Place the paddle attachment and put the lid. Turn on the machine. While the machine is running pour the  strawberry mixture that we just made through the opening. Add heavy whipping cream also through the opening. Let the machine run for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes turn off the machine and open the lid.  Transfer the ice cream into a bowl with the help of a spatula immediately. Cover the ice cream air tight with a food wrap. Place the lid and keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Then take it out of the freezer and serve it.

Helpful Tips
You have to pour the mixture into the machine while the machine is running only.

Health Information
Commercial ice creams contain horrible ingredients. Just by keeping in mind these toxic ingredients we can minimize the consumption.
Artificial sweeteners- Sacharine, aspartame etc. are carcinogenic.Which means they are cancer causing.
Artificial colors & flavors- They are also carcinogenic. Each artificial color and flavor has different health risks. They trigger hyperactivity in children.
Propylene glycol- Anti freeze solution for automobiles. 
Ethyl acetate- Solvent in cleaners.
Benzyl acetate- Used in soaps and detergents.
Sodium benzoate- Causes cancer in cellular level.
