Watermelon Ginger Juice

Enjoy watermelon juice to replenish your electrolytes.
Ingredients
A big bowl of watermelon pieces.
2 inch piece of ginger.
A big pinch of sea salt.
if the watermelon is not sweet enough, add a little stevia or honey or jaggery.
I added a tiny pinch of stevia.


Preparation
Cut the watermelon into small chunks.
Cut ginger into lengthwise.

Procedure
Take watermelon and ginger into the blender jar or mixer jar.
Add salt and run the blender to get a fine juice.
Add stevia or honey or jaggery if needed.
Run the blender one more time and pour it into the glass.
Garnish with mint leaf.
Enjoy!!!!
